For those of us living along the Gulf of Mexico, we know what a great thing we have going on! From the Mississippi coast to the Florida panhandle, we’ve got everything from casinos to sugar white beaches, not to mention the home of the original Mardi Gras right here in Mobile, Alabama. One of the fastest growing areas in the country, the Gulf Coast is laid back, family-friendly and always up for a good time! There are countless sites and backdrops for whatever event you are planning, be it weddings, birthday parties, corporate events, or just a bunch of folks getting together to celebrate, and we’d like to help you make your event even more memorable. Our Vintage Piaggio Ape, Ziggy, is the star of our show, and she’s ready to serve your guests with on-tap craft beers, wine, prosecco and even cocktails! WHAT IS IT?
A mobile bar with up to 7 taps to pour perfectly chilled beer, prosecco, wine, signature cocktails, and non-alcoholic selections at your event. We also offer coffee and tea service, custom signage, custom tap handles, bar menus, cocktail toppers, and more.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
You provide the alcohol, we do the rest. By pouring your drinks on tap, you speed up drink service, eliminates waste, and lowers the cost of your alcohol. This puts everyone in a great mood. And, it’s fun and memorable!
WHERE CAN IT GO?
These bars can go practically anywhere. Small enough to drive through a set of double doors, this bar is comfortable inside or out, making it accessible to most venues. The mobile bar measures 6 ft tall, 10.5 ft long and 5.5 ft wide.

My Story
My story is pretty unremarkable if you ask me. I grew up here on the Eastern Shore of Mobile Bay and rarely lived anywhere else. As I’ve “matured” – I like to think of it that way instead of just getting old – I’ve come to realize how true it is that experiences are far more valuable than “stuff’. I hold close and remember the times I get to spend with family and friends far more than any material possession I’ve ever had. Whether it’s grilling out, watching football, playing golf or listening to my favorite local band, I love the moment and can’t wait to do it again! Without my faith, and the encouragement of family and friends, I wouldn’t have made this leap from Corporate America to entrepreneurship.
My goal with Bubbles & Brews is to be a small part of helping others create memorable experiences. I look forward to meeting you and introducing you to Ziggy, my Vintage Piaggio Ape that’s build for fun and good times!
